Advance registration is highly recommended

Participation is open to all persons interested in the Congress.

How to register
- On-line, by credit card: you may submit registration and payment via the Congress web site

Follow the instructions.
- Using the paper form available on the web site, by credit card: the form should be completed in block capitals and returned to the Congress secretariat by fax.

Registration procedures
Upon receipt of the registration with the appropriate payment, the secretariat will send a confirmation by an acknowledgement email with your registration number. If you do not receive a confirmation 6 weeks after your registration please contact the Secretariat (inscripcion@periodoncia2008.com.ar).
Please bring the confirmation letter to the Pre-Registration Desk at the Convention Center in order to pick up your bag and badge.
Registration will be confirmed only after receipt of the required fee. Registration will be handled on a first come, first served basis (in priority registration through the web, then faxes)

Terms of payment
Payment of registration fees will be accepted exclusively:
- By credit card: via the internet or by using the registration form. Please fill in the cardholder information where indicated. Note that only MasterCard, VISA and American Express credits cards are accepted.
- Cash
- Checks or bank transfers

Registration fees
All fees are quoted in American dollars (US$)

Delegates Registration Fees include:
- Admission to all Congress sessions (except for the courses for which an additional fee is required), Poster areas and Commercial Exhibition
- Access to the Opening Ceremony
- Congress documents (final program, Congress bag)
- Possibility of buying tickets for the Congress Closing Party

Secretary
The General Secretary will be held in The Catalinas Saloon, from November 20 -22 between 08.00 & 19.00 h

Name Changes
Name changes must be made in writing (submit a complete registration form) no later than September 1, 2008.
Name substitutions on site will be treated as new registrations.
A lost badge can be replaced for a fee of US$ 30.

Cambios de nombre
Los cambios de nombre deben ser realizados por escrito (presentar un formulario de inscripción completo) hasta el 1º de septiembre de 2008 a más tardar.
El reemplazo de nombres será tratado como una nueva inscripción.
Si pierde su credencial puede solicitar una nueva abonando una tarifa de US$ 30.

Cancellation and Refunds
Registration fees are refundable, minus a 25% administrative charge, for cancellation until September 1, 2008. There will be no refund after that date.
Cancellation of social events will be accepted until September 1, 2008. Up to that date the total amount will be refunded. For cancellations received after September 1 and up to two days before the beginning of the Congress, the expenses will be refunded minus 50%.
No-shows cannot be refunded. Refunds will be made in November 2008.
